These terms govern your use of The Asphodel Collective ("the Service"), a free car gallery operated from Norway. By using the Service you agree to these terms. 2. Content & License
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you confirm that:
- You own the image or have permission to share it.
- The content does not infringe on anyone's rights.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and feature your content on this website and our social media until you request removal or we take it down.
To request removal, email [email protected]. All submissions are reviewed before publishing. We may reject or remove any submission at our discretion.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting content you do not have the right to share.
- Uploading offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
- Manipulating the voting system (bots, scripts, coordinated abuse).
- Attempting to exploit or interfere with the Service.
We may remove content and block access for violations.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (zero). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law, including for fraud or gross negligence. EEA consumers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights in their country of residence.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
